Refund And Cancellation Policy

Please review these terms before placing an order for a directory listing, advertising service, website or marketing plan, or digital download.

No Refunds After An Order Is Placed

All sales are final once an order is placed. We do not provide refunds for a completed order, a partial billing period, an unused listing or service, or a change of mind. This policy applies to directory listings, advertising and marketing services, and digital downloads, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Monthly Plans And Cancellation

Monthly plans continue until canceled. You may cancel a plan before its next billing date. Once cancellation is effective, you will not be billed for another cycle. Your paid plan remains active through the end of the current billing cycle, then the listing, placement, website service, marketing benefits, or other plan benefits end. We do not issue a prorated refund for the remaining days in the current cycle.

To request cancellation, use the cancellation option provided by your payment provider or contact us with your business name, order email, and plan name before the next billing date. We will confirm the effective cancellation date. Please do not send payment card details through the contact form.

Digital Downloads

Digital download purchases are final once the order is placed. Digital files cannot be returned. If a download link does not work or a file is inaccessible, contact us with your order details so we can help you access the item purchased.

Before You Order

Review the plan description, price, billing frequency, and included services before submitting payment. Submitting a business information form alone does not place an order. A listing goes live after the order is confirmed and the submitted business details have been prepared for publication.
